Assessments, exercise and recovery
Ascenti Reach supports patients between appointments with a digital assessment, a personalised exercise programme and direct access to a physiotherapist, all reviewed by HCPC-registered clinicians.
About 6–8 minutes, and it can be shortened to a triage form. Algorithm-based questions cover pain history, lifestyle, goals and hopes, fear avoidance (yellow flags) and serious pathology (red flags).
A physiotherapist reviews every assessment within 24 hours, delivering an enhanced level of clinical safety. Every digital pathway is supervised by Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) registered physiotherapists.
An initial rehabilitation workout is created automatically once a clinician has reviewed the assessment. Patients choose a full (approx. 15 minutes) or quick (approx. 5–7 minutes) workout each day, give feedback at the end of it, and their plan can be adjusted daily.
Yes. A 24/7 chat connects patients with their physiotherapist, with rapid response times, so they can ask questions and overcome any barriers to sticking with their programme. It is also a robust clinical escalation route when needed.
Physiotherapist check-ins every 6 rehabilitation workouts assess pain, goals and treatment satisfaction, with progress graphs. Reminders, goals and achievement messages keep patients motivated between them.
