Because true recovery is hybrid, we support patients asynchronously at home with state-of-the-art digital tools like Reach, while backing them with a fully employed, national clinical network of expert physiotherapists when hands-on, face-to-face treatment is required. Full digital physiotherapy assessment
Takes approximately 6–8 minutes to complete — can be modified as a short form triage.
Algorithm based questions include pain history, lifestyle, goals and hopes, fear avoidance (yellow flags) and serious pathology (red flags)
A physiotherapist reviews the assessment within 24 hours, delivering an enhanced level of clinical safety

Personalised exercise programme
Initial stage rehabilitation workout automatically created following clinician review
Progressive video-based workouts with a choice of full (approx. 15 minutes) or quick workout (approx. 5–7 min) each day
Member provides feedback at the end of each workout, and their plan can be adjusted daily, if required

Physiotherapist interaction/chat
24/7 chat function is available between the member and Physiotherapist with rapid response times to enhance engagement and compliance
Ability for members to ask questions and overcome any barriers to adherence, supporting motivation
Allows a robust clinical escalation mechanism when needed

Physiotherapist check-ins every 6 rehabilitation workouts — assessing pain, goals and treatment satisfaction with progress graphs
Member journey progress with video explanations through the 4 stages of recovery
Automated motivation: Motion sensor, reminders, schedule, goals, achievement and encouragement messages
